The business brings over 30 years of experience in the building and property industry, with PCA training in damp and timber surveying.
That experience covers investigating damp, condensation, mould, timber decay, wet rot, dry rot and wood-boring insects, in both residential and commercial properties, and producing written survey reports.
We don't carry out damp-proofing, timber treatment, mould removal or remedial building work. Our role is to inspect, explain likely causes and recommend appropriate next steps — leaving you free to decide how to proceed.
